OUR ADULT STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASSES AIM TO IMPROVE OVERALL QUALITY OF LIFE. NOT ONLY WILL YOU IMPROVE YOUR STRENGTH, BUT YOU WILL BUILD MUSCLE, BURN FAT, IMPROVE YOUR CARDIO-RESPIRATORY FITNESS, IMPROVE BONE DENSITY, AND INCREASE YOUR FLEXIBILITY AND MOBILITY. WHILE ATTENDING OUR ADULT STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASSES, CLASS PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN TO SAFELY DEMONSTRATE PROPER MOVEMENT PATTERNS WHILE FOLLOWING INTELLIGENTLY PROGRAMMED WORKOUTS IN A GROUP SETTING.
Our Boot Camp classes are designed to be fun, high energy and challenging. Workouts and movements can be modified to work around various levels of fitness and ability. These classes are done in a group setting - increasing accountability, fun and the feeling of community.
Total Body Conditioning
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING IS AN INTENSE INTERVAL CLASS THAT MIXES BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES WITH CARDIO AND STRENGTH TRAINING. THE CLASS IS DESIGNED TO PUSH PARTICIPANTS HARDER THAN THEY WOULD PUSH THEMSELVES, AND OFFER ENCOURAGEMENT RATHER THAN INTIMIDATION.
OUR YOUTH STRONG PROGRAM WILL HELP YOUTH DEVELOP LIFELONG KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND HABITS THAT WILL POSITIVELY CHANGE THEIR LIVES! THIS YOUTH OPTIMIZATION PROGRAM IS FOR STUDENTS THAT ARE LOOKING TO IMPROVE THEIR HEALTH, WELLNESS, FITNESS, STRENGTH, CONDITIONING, AND CONFIDENCE. STUDENTS WILL LEARN TO CONSISTENTLY DEMONSTRATE PROPER MOVEMENT PATTERNS WHILE FOLLOWING INTELLIGENT PROGRAMMING. STUDENTS THRIVE IN THIS FUN AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT THAT IS LEAD BY A HIGHLY QUALIFIED COACH AND EDUCATOR.
olympic weightlifting classes will begin on october 28th! Classes will be held on mondays and wednesdays from 6:15-7:45 PM.
Our Olympic Weightlifting program focuses on learning and developing the fundamentals of the sport of Weightlifting. We utilize the variations of the Snatch, Clean, and Jerk as well as squats and deadlifts to develop speed, strength, power, coordination, accuracy and precision. Weightlifting training also provides incredible carry over into other sports as well and is an excellent supplement to any sport training program.
