Mandy Rogers

Mandy brings over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer, fitness coach, & yoga instructor. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Western Kentucky University. She is a certified personal trainer (CPT) through American Counsel on Exercise (ACE) and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Mandy is also YogaFit certified. Her training style focuses on total body training and teaching proper body mechanics. Mandy is available for personal training, small group training, class settings, and nutritional counseling.

Rick Munoz

Rick has over 15 years of personal training experience and has practiced massage therapy for 20 years. He offers neuromuscular realignment and active release therapy (ART) for those with mobility restrictions. Rick is available for personal training, small group training, massage, and ART.

Chris is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength & Conditioning Association. Before landing at Franklin Strength in October of 2015, he was on tour with the Grammy award winning country band, The Band Perry, as their personal trainer. Along with country stars such as The Band Perry and Michael Ray, Chris has also trained first round draft picks in the NFL, NBA, and MLB, including Tim Tebow, Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, John Jenkins, and JP Arencibia. Whether it’s athletes, weekend warriors, average Joes, or celebrities, Chris’ passion is helping anyone who wants to work hard and accomplish his/her fitness goals..

Richie Plant

Richie brings over 40 years of experience in traditional martial arts, kickboxing, and boxing. After a successful amateur career in kickboxing, Richie turned to teaching and coaching. Coach Plant has turned out champions at state, regional, national, and world championship level in kickboxing and boxing. He is currently a coach on Team Sweet Hands coaching his son Caleb as a professional. Coach Plant works with men, women, and children of all skill levels and fitness levels. He is available for class, group, and private lessons.

Josh Orendorf

Josh is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and owner of Paceline Physical Therapy (located inside Franklin Strength Gym). Paceline Physical Therapy specializes in helping athletes conquer injury and return to sport without pain.

Sam Jansen, M.S. CSCS

Sam recently earned his Masters degree in Exercise Science with a focus in Strength and Conditioning for Florida Atlantic University. While in grad school, Sam interned at Cressey Sports Performance. There, he had the opportunity to work with a variety of professional, college, and high school athletes. Sam is also a high level competitive powerlifter, having competed at the USA Powerlifting national championships for the past 3 years, and the Arnold Classic. Although Sam enjoys coaching athletes and powerlifters, his main passion is working with the average person who wants to better themselves. Sam was once heavily overweight, weighing 280lbs in High School. It was after losing 70lbs that Sam decided he wanted to dedicate his life to helping others in fitness.
