Mandy Rogers

Mandy brings over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer, fitness coach, & yoga instructor. She is a Franklin native, attended Father Ryan High School, and earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Western Kentucky University. She is a certified personal trainer (CPT) through American Counsel on Exercise (ACE) and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Mandy is also YogaFit certified. Her training style focuses on total body training and teaching proper body mechanics. Mandy is available for personal training, small group training, class settings, and nutritional counseling.

Rick Munoz

Rick has over 15 years of personal training experience and has practiced massage therapy for 20 years. He offers neuromuscular realignment and active release therapy (ART) for those with mobility restrictions. Rick is available for personal training, small group training, massage, and ART.


Pat Sullivan

Pat has been part of the Franklin Strength family from the beginning. After “retiring” from the corporate world, Pat transitioned from client to coach. He coaches many of our Adult Strength & GPP and our TRX classes. His words to live by….

Richie Plant

Richie brings over 40 years of experience in traditional martial arts, kickboxing, and boxing. After a successful amateur career in kickboxing, Richie turned to teaching and coaching. Coach Plant has turned out champions at state, regional, national, and world championship level in kickboxing and boxing. He is currently a coach on Team Sweet Hands coaching his son Caleb as a professional. Coach Plant works with men, women, and children of all skill levels and fitness levels. He is available for class, group, and private lessons.

Sarah Zimmer

As a certified personal trainer (NASM-CPT) and nutrition coach (Pn1), Sarah wants to give you the tools you need to reach your fitness goals. Having worked with clients of all ages and abilities to help them achieve a healthy, balanced lifestyle, Sarah's passion for wellness comes from a desire to incorporate fun, mental clarity, and growth into her client's lives. Whether you are brand new to working out or the gym is like a second home, Sarah will work with you to take your fitness to another level.

Chris Collins

Chris grew up actively involved in rugby, baseball, martial arts, and self-defense (Karate, Taekwondo, Hapkido, Jiu-Jitsu, Krav Maga). He began lifting weights in high school, absolutely fell in love fitness, and has been training ever since. He enjoys all aspect of training from researching the scientific principles of the human body and its movement, to physically training and seeing the progress and results from putting the research into practice. Chris believes in training a balanced body, one that is strong and powerful but still mobile and flexible. He loves to work with people who are excited to improve themselves, whether it is losing 10 pounds or getting stronger, faster, and more muscular. Chris is currently finishing his NASM personal training certification.

David “Cookie” Cook

David is the co-founder of Cookie Cuts nutrition/personal training company, Boxing coach, personal trainer, online health coach, NPC competitor and Registered Nurse.

David has struggled with depression the majority of his life and he attests that fitness has saved his life. He first fell in love with fitness around the age of 18, after struggling with being overweight his entire life. He then competed in and won his first bodybuilding competition when he was 19 years old. Around that time is when he began training in Mixed Martial Arts. Since then he has had over a dozen amateur MMA fights and achieved his black belt in Muay Thai. After completing his degree in nursing, David decided to take a risk and pursue a different career path in fitness. This is how Cookie Cuts got started.

He offers training in boxing, kickboxing, weight training, contest prep, and nutritional coaching. Cookie still compete in physique competitions. He feels very blessed to be part of the fitness community in Nashville and are excited to start their family in such a loving, prospering city. Follow David on Instagram at @coach.cookie

John Attigliato

Coach, athlete, and competitor, John has over 15 years experience as a certified personal trainer with ACE and coach for competitive athletics. He focuses on functional strength using primarily barbells, and draws on Crossfit experience for total body conditioning. John is USAW certified, specializing in Olympic Weightlifting, and still competes regularly as a masters lifter.


Ryan Flood

Owner/Head Coach of Iron Wolf Weightlifting

USAW Advanced Sports Performance Coach (2015-Current) & Former CrossFit Level 1 Coach (2013-2018)

Coach Ryan started out in the world of CrossFit in 2012. After becoming more familiar with the sport through training and competition, he acquired his Level 1 coaching certification in 2013 and took his first steps on his coaching journey. Ryan continued coaching, training, and competing in CrossFit until he was bitten by the weightlifting bug in early 2015 and participated in his first Olympic style weightlifting competition mid-way through the year and then later that same year earned his Sports Performance Coaching certification from USAW. Around this time, he also began dedicating his training time to weightlifting.

After continuing to train and compete under former Olympian, Coach Osman Manzanares, Ryan began assisting with seminars and coaching athletes. He later earned his Advanced Sports Performance Coach certification in January of 2018.

Ryan has competed in local level competitions and has also competed on a national level.

Ryan’s goal as a coach is to develop excellent athletes by promoting precise, efficient and safe movement through proper technique and training practices.

Josh Orendorf

Josh is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and owner of Paceline Physical Therapy (located inside Franklin Strength Gym). Paceline Physical Therapy specializes in helping athletes conquer injury and return to sport without pain.

Ken Hughes – CSCS, TSAC-F

Ken has 20 years of personal training experience as well as 10 years coaching experience with wrestling at Heritage Middle School in Spring Hill, TN. He has achieved both the CSCS and TSAC-F certifications from the NSCA and enjoys working with competitive and non-competitive athletes of all ages.

Ken focuses on safety first with a comprehensive health history and movement analysis to achieve pain-free movement as the base before overall health, strength and conditioning progression. Ken helps his clients set very specific goals based on what they would like to achieve and then programming effective but also very efficient workout designs that are fun but also challenging.

Ken is available for personal training and small group training.
