Mandy Rogers

Mandy brings over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer, fitness coach and yoga instructor. She is a Franklin native, attended Father Ryan High School, and earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Western Kentucky University. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through American Counsel on Exercise (ACE - CPT) and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM - CPT). Mandy is also YogaFit certified. Her training style focuses on total body training and teaching proper body mechanics. Mandy is available for personal training, small group training, class settings, and nutritional counseling.

Chris is a military veteran that has been working as a National Strength & Conditioning Association - Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA - CPT) and coach for over a decade. He has a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Illinois State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, Health & Physical Education from Northern Illinois University.

Chris Collins

Chris grew up actively involved in rugby, baseball, martial arts, and self-defense (Karate, Taekwondo, Hapkido, Jiu-Jitsu, Krav Maga). He began lifting weights in high school, absolutely fell in love fitness, and has been training ever since. He enjoys all aspect of training from researching the scientific principles of the human body and its movement, to physically training and seeing the progress and results from putting the research into practice. Chris believes in training a balanced body, one that is strong and powerful but still mobile and flexible. He loves to work with people who are excited to improve themselves, whether it is losing 10 pounds or getting stronger, faster, and more muscular. Chris is currently working towards his National Academy of Sports Medicine - Certified Personal Trainer (NASM - CPT) credentials.

Jessica “Flo” Flores

Flo comes to Franklin Strength with 10+ years of coaching and 2+ years of strength and conditioning experience. Obtaining a B.S. in Sports and Fitness from the University of Central Florida, she is a National Academy of Sports Medicine - Certified Personal Trainer (NASM - CPT) and Youth Exercise Specialist (NASM - YES). She is a multi-sport coach who has trained both locally and abroad in the country of Panama. Her passion is coaching school-aged athletes, but she’s got the skill to coach parents (aka Big Kids) too!

Flo believes that training is as much for the athlete as it is for the trainer and lives by honoring her commitment of “GETTING BETTER TOGETHER.”

Pat Sullivan

Pat has been part of the Franklin Strength family from the beginning. After “retiring” from the corporate world, Pat transitioned from client to coach. Pat is a National Academy of Sports Medicine - Certified Personal Trainer (NASM - CPT) and also Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM - CES). He coaches many of our Adult Strength & Conditioning classes.

Ryan Flood

Owner/Head Coach of Iron Wolf Weightlifting

USAW Advanced Sports Performance Coach (2015-Current) & Former CrossFit Level 1 Coach (2013-2018)

Coach Ryan started out in the world of CrossFit in 2012. After becoming more familiar with the sport through training and competition, he acquired his Level 1 coaching certification in 2013 and took his first steps on his coaching journey. Ryan continued coaching, training, and competing in CrossFit until he was bitten by the weightlifting bug in early 2015 and participated in his first Olympic style weightlifting competition mid-way through the year and then later that same year earned his Sports Performance Coaching certification from USAW. Around this time, he also began dedicating his training time to weightlifting.

After continuing to train and compete under former Olympian, Coach Osman Manzanares, Ryan began assisting with seminars and coaching athletes. He later earned his Advanced Sports Performance Coach certification in January of 2018.

Ryan has competed in local level competitions and has also competed on a national level.

Ryan’s goal as a coach is to develop excellent athletes by promoting precise, efficient and safe movement through proper technique and training practices.

Josh Orendorf

Josh is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and owner of Paceline Physical Therapy (located inside Franklin Strength). Paceline Physical Therapy specializes in helping athletes conquer injury and return to sport without pain.

Lizzie Walker

Lizzie is a Tennessee native from Ashland City. She grew up playing basketball and soccer at Cheatham County High School. She received her B.S. in Applied Exercise Science and her M.S. in Sport and Wellness Leadership from Austin Peay State University. She is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA - CPT) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (NSCA - CSCS). She has over 5 years of athletic based training experience from middle school up to college aged athletes. She specializes in athletic style training whether that be youth or adults. She also works as a sport specific coach for girls basketball at Ravenwood High School.

Lizzie believes that Strength and Conditioning is so much more than training the physical aspects of life. Her goals are to train each athlete physically, emotionally and spiritually.
