OUR ADULT STRENGTH & GPP CLASSES aim to IMPROVE OVERALL QUALITY OF LIFE. NOT ONLY WILL YOU IMPROVE YOUR STRENGTH, BUT YOU WILL BUILD MUSCLE, BURN FAT, IMPROVE YOUR CARDIO-RESPIRATORY FITNESS, IMPROVE BONE DENSITY, AND INCREASE YOUR FLEXIBILITY AND MOBILITY. WHILE ATTENDING OUR ADULT STRENGTH & GPP CLASSES, CLASS PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN TO SAFELY DEMONSTRATE PROPER MOVEMENT PATTERNS WHILE FOLLOWING INTELLIGENTLY PROGRAMMED WORKOUTS IN A GROUP SETTING.

OUR YOUTH STRONG PROGRAM WILL HELP Youth DEVELOP LIFELONG KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND HABITS THAT WILL POSITIVELY CHANGE THEIR LIVES! THIS YOUTH OPTIMIZATION PROGRAM IS FOR STUDENTS THAT ARE LOOKING TO IMPROVE THEIR HEALTH, WELLNESS, FITNESS, STRENGTH, CONDITIONING, AND CONFIDENCE. STUDENTS WILL LEARN TO CONSISTENTLY DEMONSTRATE PROPER MOVEMENT PATTERNS WHILE FOLLOWING INTELLIGENT PROGRAMMING. STUDENTS THRIVE IN THIS FUN AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT THAT IS LEAD BY A HIGHLY QUALIFIED COACH AND EDUCATOR.
Total Body Conditioning
Total Body Conditioning is An intense interval class that mixes body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. The class is designed to push participants harder than they would push themselves, and offer encouragement rather than intimidation.
